  2.    You will need to run the Solicit Your Consumer Complaint install
  3.    program BEFORE running the main SYCC program. The install program
  4.    allows you to prepare SYCC for your monitor and will change your
  5.    Config.Sys file to include OR update its FILES and BUFFERS
  6.    statements. FILES need to be set to 68 (FILES=68) and BUFFERS to 20
  7.    (BUFFERS=20). If this is not done, SYCC will NOT run properly. The
  8.    install program gives you a choice of it changing the Config.Sys file
  9.    or you doing it. Either way, IT MUST BE DONE.

  11.    To run the install program, change to the SYCC directory (CD\SYCC)
  12.    and at the DOS prompt type  SYCC INSTALL.
